Shipping policy

We offer two types of products: print-on-demand items (fulfilled by our partner Printumo) and original artwork (shipped directly from Germany). Please review the details below to understand the shipping process for each type.

1. Print-on-Demand Products

These items are custom printed just for you by our print partner Printumo.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–5 business days for production.

Estimated Delivery Times (after production):

  • Germany & EU: 3–7 business days

  • UK & Switzerland: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered.

Tracking:
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

2. Original Artworks

Original pieces are carefully packaged and shipped from Germany using DHL.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs)

Shipping Costs:
Calculated based on size, destination, and shipping method. Final costs will be shown at checkout.

Tracking & Insurance:
All original artworks include tracking and are insured for safe delivery.

Additional Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address entries.

  • For combined orders (e.g., a print-on-demand item and original art), your items may arrive separately.

  • Delays due to customs or the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
