All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printumo. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund in the following cases:

There is a clear manufacturing or print defect

The wrong item, size, or color was sent

Returns Not Accepted
Because our products are made on demand:

We do not accept returns for size exchanges

We do not accept cancellations once the order is in production

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier
